Hi! I'm Jen McCraw, a self-proclaimed multipotentialite; which explained by a fascinating Ted Talk, is a person who has many different interests and creative pursuits in life, rather than having “one true calling” the way specialists do. After a 10-year career working as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in emergency rooms and surgical units around the country, I grew ready for my next big professional adventure. However, rebranding myself for my new career path proved surprisingly difficult. Through volunteering as a career coach with Dress for Success of the Triangle, board membership with Women for Success, and speaking engagements through the Innovative Women's Conference, I successfully transitioned into a new career and became an expert in personal branding for my professional and personal life along the way.
I began my second career last year as a Senior Product Manager at a healthcare e-learning company, where I work on new product innovation and have a passion for healthcare technology that ultimately impacts patient outcomes. Drawing on my experiences around the country and globe as a clinician, product manager, volunteer, board member, speaker, career coach, and conference director, I am uniquely positioned to share how I created my success to help individuals and businesses thrive in their own endeavors, whatever they may be and however they may change.
I hold a Bachelor in Science from Gardner-Webb University, a Master in Science from Vanderbilt University, and a Master in Business Administration from NC State University.
